This Hampton is right off the interstate, so it's convenient for getting around. The neighborhood itself isn't great. There's a huge parking lot and I parked at a side door which didn't work with my key. I re-parked at the front. The elevator and hallway didn't smell very fresh, so I was a little worried approaching my room. Once in... More

Thank you very much for your review. We appreciate the feedback of our guests, it helps us handle situations we may not been aware of. We are glad that you felt that the accommodations were up to standard. I will speak with our housekeeper about the hallways not smelling fresh. We apologize about your key not working, sometimes if the... More

When in need of a place to simply stop for a night, we often choose Hampton Inns. They are never luxurious, but you almost always get a well-maintained facility with clean rooms and the basic amenities you need for a short stay, at a reasonable price. We were flying out of Love Field early in the morning, so chose this... More

Inexpensive, Clean, and Friendly! The only complaint in our party was the beds promised were queen, but they looked a little smaller like a full size. The beds were comfortable, the price is affordable. There is construction going on all over Dallas so it is hard to navigate around, but not impossible. The rooms did not smell like smoke. The... I was in Dallas for business and really enjoyed my stay here. As other reviewers mentioned it right next to the highway and there was some construction along the highway but one day I was working in the hotel room in the early afternoon and evening, and my room was on the side of the building closest to the highway... The staff was friendly and helpful. This Hampton has a Happy Hour – Monday to Thursday in the front lobby. Free Food & Drinks. It’s right on the Freeway, and there’s road construction, but the room was amazingly quiet. The quietness was almost spooky. Rooms are typical Hampton. Microwave & Fridge, Thermostat controlled heat & AC that was quiet and... More

We found the hotel clean and the rooms nice. However, the a/c was definetly a problem. I turned the thermostat down to 65 and was still sweating during the night. My husband even complained about the temperature (which is unusual for him). More

The neighborhood is a little dicey (but hey, it's near an airport) but the hotel is newly remodeled and very nice. We stayed because we had an early flight out of Love Field. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, and everything was brand new. Right next to the freeway, but very quiet. The staff was very nice... More

After missing our flight, we had to stay at this hotel. The shuttle picked us up and the staff was very efficient at having everything ready for our stay. The rooms were very nice, quiet, and close to the vending machines and ice machine. Free wi-fi made it very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was very complete; cereal, oatmeal, muffins, fruits,... More

I stayed in room 431 (the top floor) for one night on business travel. The room was very neat and clean. I had a king size bed, two end tables, a writing desk with swivel chair, a coffee table with couch. The only thing that was not it tip top shape was the couch which had about a 4" slash... More

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for a seminar that we attended (not on site). The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Our room was spacious (and clean).
