“The curtain in the room was missing hooks, lack of privacy...”

The curtain in the room was missing hooks, lack of privacy, the shower tub was dirty with dirt stains. The continental breadtaest area was dirty with fly everywhere, the refrigeration that the milk was real dirty,,,pol was green,,,,T his hotel need allot of work to get to standart with the rest of the days inn.

I am sorry you had problems with your stay. It rained the 13 & 14 of this month in FBG. After rain, the filtering system takes 16-24 hours( or more) to filter out everything that the rain washes in from a giant tree (from the adjacent property) looming above the pool. The room was not clean. Found last guest's undergarment in bathroom. Couch was terribly uncomfortable. Tiny microwave & refrigerator in our "suite". Package with coffee creamer was open & stirer missing. Light cover missing. Telephones not working. Pool was green and slimey.

The Desk Clerk was very helpful when I had repeated problems with the keycard in opening the door to my room. Much appreciated as the problem(s) were of my own making.

I am sorry you had a unsatisfactory stay. I would have changed your room had you called me. We are not in the business of providing an unsatisfactory product. We had 46 guest who had a satisfying breakfast last weekend. Our pool is seasonal and opens in May. More
