The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was pristine and comfortable and larger than expected for the price. The Wi-Fi was speedy for my laptop and, after a re-set of the system, I was able to connect with my i-Pad as well which doesn't always happen. The free breakfast has lots of choices to accommodate everyone. I recommend... More

This location was previously a Holiday Inn Express until late Feb. 2012. Not sure what happened to HIE, but place is now owned by a non-chain/private (I think). First off, probably had the fastest check-in ever which was great after a hard travel day. Room was great at first sight; very clean and ready. Had I not known of the... More

Thank you for your recent stay, and your kind words. Hard to believe now, that this hotel was the first in Frisco. Much like Frisco itself, it's time for change, growth, and an exciting future. The owner remains the same, he's been here since day one, and remains very loyal to the hotel, and to the city of Frisco. We've... More

I stayed here the night before the big MS Bike ride leaving from Frisco. The room was bigger than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable. Wireless internet was fast. I like the soap and shampoo that was furnished. The only thing I had problems with was the AC unit. The fan would not blow continuously, but kept kicking... More

No bugs, no mold, and no fake pictures online. It's exactly what you'll need for a good night's... More

My wife and I attended a conference and chose to stay in a nearby hotel that was more affordable. After searching the internet, we chose Inn at Stonebriar. When we pulled into the parking lot, we noticed that the grounds and building were well kept. We entered the and were greeted with warmth and friendliness from the staff. Our room... More

We booked this for 2 night a few days before Christmas 2011. We were given a queen suite. The room was very outdated with light fixtures that looked very old and worn. The room smelled of mold around the bathroom area. When we went down to the free breakfast at 8:30 there was exactly one cinnamon roll left and that... More

I was in Frisco for a conference and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. I was very impressed with how accommodating the staff was, they got me extra bedding without a hesitation. They had FREE beer and Nachos for two of the days we were there. I was floored by this... I thought nothing was free. I slept on... More

Very reasonably priced, but I was a bit dissapointed with the hotel ammenities. On arrival, I was told there was no shuttle service on the week-end after 8PM on Friday. So the mall shopping I previously planned had to be changed. Also, the restaurant was only serving breakfast, and no other meals. They have a lounge, I was told, but... More

This hotel is the best price you can find in the Frisco/Plao area. So, I had a feeling I would run into a grumpy staff and low standards for a hotel room. I WAS WRONG! The Staff was so friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The only problem I had was that the outlet in the bathroom didn't work,... More

I stay in lots of HIEs for business, and I'm always a little wary when they are still using the old HIE logo. That frequently means it's an older hotel, without some of the refinements that new HIEs contain. That adequately describes this hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great area,... More
