“BEDBUGS”

bedbugs! I got my money back after being checked in for 10 minutes. They know and do not care! I even brought a live bed bug from the room to the front desk on my key card. The girl did not even flinch as she watched it crawl on the counter. Disgusting. Galveston, Texas Ave. U.

we spent mothers day there and it turned out to be a HELL of a night we could not sleep walls to thin room smell like smoke and when i called the front desk i could not get anyone till 4 in the morning we will NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!

First of all, I was a little nervous coming here having read all the negative comments from other visitors. “BED BUGS ATTACK”

We got this hotel for a friend so she wouldn't have to drive home to Houston. She stayed there with her 1 1/2 year old and 7 year old girls. They were attacked by bed bugs. They stayed in room 310. They broke out so badly they had to go to their doctor. The Dr. sent them to a dermatologist... More

We stayed here for 1 night before going on a cruise the next day. The room's walls and the bathroom's fixtures were poorly maintained but the linens were clean. Just got back from a two night stay there. Never again. What a dump. Scary area. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it's supposed to be smoke free. Bugs in the bathroom. Thin walls. Had trouble with the tv. Guy at the front desk was unfriendly and uncaring. Absolutely terrible!

Close to beach, sketchy area Feet turned black after walking barefoot in room, walls thin, bathroom smelled mildewy Staff couldn't care less. The guy just sat and stared at his computer, didnt greet anybody...total bump on a log. Wifi would only work randomly.

Overall condition of the room was dirty...mould and mildew issues in the bathroom, as well as the presence of cockroaches and silverfish. Bathroom door had been exposed to water and moisture, showing signs of expansion, mildew and rot. When operators were told of the above issues,they showed little concern or care.
