they lost my reservation, my room was dirty, by service was less than courteous, my family, my business partners nor will I stay here ever again when there's so many other hotels in the area; I had a very bad and unpleasant experience.

hottest front desk attendent in all the land very nice and courteous young lady!. I would comeback and stay just to see her again..very informative..wifi could be better, beds are a little to cushey i like mine firmer, but all and all it was a wonderful experience. They need to give natasha a raise ASAP!!

The halls smelled funny and the breakfast was not good. Cold things were at room temperature and half of the bins were empty. The only protein choice was a very small, sugar-free yogurt. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and each time for about 2 to 3 nights. We are always comfortable. Natasha at the desk is friendly and solves your issues ASAP. I go visit my significant other about once a month and we are never dissatified.
