The hotel location is excellent, the only problem for this hotel is the cleaning service and the furniture style and color. It would be a perfect hotel if they did some more maintenance. Overall the hotel is quite good.

Had to book a room after 11pm. They had one available and I got the same amazing service that I have had at other Embassy Suites hotels. It's a great hotel. I enjoy the modern amenities, breakfast, and swans the most. They always exceed my expectations.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I could walk to the Galleria mall which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again whenever I'm in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I stay at this hotel quite often. Great location, good service, excellent breakfast ( both cooked and buffet). Rooms are also very functional - and great for business.
