“Exceeded my expectations”

The hotel was very nice and room was very clean. Everything looked just like the pictures online - no surprises. How nice to have everything working ... elevator, tv, a/c and wifi! Perfect location for work or pleasure. Good cafeteria next door. Would have liked to stay for pleasure but it made a business stay easy.

“Home away from home in Houston, Texas”

This particular trip was made for a medical visit for a family member. Having such a nice place to stay, at a reasonable rate and a helpful, friendly staff who even provided complimentary shuttle services to the medical facility really helped make a stressful situation much easier to handle. Hopefully, our next visit will be for pure pleasure!

“Poor Service”

Maid Service and Staff were indifferent. Locked out without anyone saying anything about a door I had propped open. This happened on 2 occasions. Maid did not replace coffee and soap/shampoo I had used.

“Way exceeded expectations with wonderful bed, room, breakfast an staff!!!”

Lobby was clean, with very helpful staff. Shuttle available at hotel to take you back an forth to Tx. Children's Hospital. Room was clean, comfy bed , quiet an everything worked. Outstanding staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Reasonable rates.

“Basic good hotel”

I love the Hampton Inns we've stayed at throughout the country. This one was nice as well. Clean, easy to access, close to where we needed to go the next day (Reliant Center). Staff was nice. Breakfast was a bit disorganized, but they were quick to replenish food as it ran out. Overall, I'd recommend it.
