This hotel is well worth the money!! Staff do make you feel like Royalty. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Very quiet hotel. The room was very clean. The bed very comfortable and sheets white and clean. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel.

Each year I visit family in the Houston area and each year I stay at the Royal Sonesta. The staff at the hotel are kind, courtious and helpful. The rooms are refreshingly clean. You notice once you enter the hotel that they take pride in the appearance.

The importance of quality reception staff was demonstrated by Amina who quickly sorted out a problem that had been simmering for days. This Casablanca native was smart, attentive and good-humoured, which instantly took the edge off my complaint. The hotel despite being absolutely full with a Pageant delivered high-quality service. A definite plus for this hotel.
