Staff very pleasant! Rooms cleaned only when we hung out the sign. Extra towels brought promptly!! No flat screen tV. Tiny bathroom. Close to our conference. Limited number of food choices. Mainly "Connie's" on College Ave and Pappas BarBQ on the access road. .
