“Unbelievably ridiculous!”

First of all half the appliances in the room are broke. They advertise online continental breakfast and fast online internet and had neither. What hotel has no towels? Absolutely dispicable. My trip was booked for 11 days. When we get here they say they can't accomodate us for that long. Is our money not good enough? Theres holes in the... More
