“One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had”

We Stayed here for a conference, and had a great experience! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Always helpful with any request. Rooms were clean as well as facility. We loved our housekeeper. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend, especially if you're traveling with kids. Oh and those cookies are awesome! ;-)

“Nice place needs a little more upkeep”

Enjoy staying here, great area, housekeeping is always lacking, could be a little cleaner it they want to maintain a good image. Calls themselves guest suites, but the amenities of a suite are sorely lacking. Great front desk staff!

The doubletree suites were surprisingly nicer than I had anticipated after reading the reviews. Maybe it's because we has a suite but our room and stay with great. “Hotel Stay Feedback”

The hotel is above average in terms of the room layout, services and staff hospitality. I was especially impressed by the ready-to-help demeanour of the front desk personnel. There are however several areas where improvements could be made. These have been highlighted earlier.

“Expected more for the price.”

Okay visit. Damp musty smell in bathroom and bedroom. In room coffee is terrible. Kitchenette dirty and dated. Front desk people were nice. Will go somewhere else on Westheimer on next business trip. There were stains on the bed end sheet.

“Horrible Experience due to remodeling”

Horrible experience due to this hotel being remodeled. We should have been warned before hand and not walk into a situation we could not get out of with such short notice. They should not have sold this room in such condition! Very disappointed.

“Wonderful Downtown Hotel”

This was a great hotel, so close to many wonderful things. From high end restaurants to Gallaria shopping, we loved our stay. The icing on the cake was the warm cookies and M&M surprises for our children. We will definitely stay here again!
