Stayed at Crowne Plaza Houston West for a business trip in March. Found the hotel to be clean and nicely furnished. The staff was courteous and friendly and the food in the restaurant was very tasty and well priced! We will be returning for business again next March and will stay here again! More

I was quite suprised at our outdated room with 2 double beds. The carpet, furnishings, and bathroom need a serious upgrade and are not representative of a 4 star property.
