Hosted a small conference of about 100 attendees and the hotel provided excellent service and food. Our group could not be happier, it is obvious this hotel has excellent management and staff. Location is across from the Galleria which offers many restaurants and unique shops.

Good hotel, close to work and very handy for shopping. Staff were extremely helpful. Gym area was excellent both in size and range of equipment. Restaurant for evening dining was disappointing however there are many choices within a short walking distance.

I stayed here twice in May and felt that the hotel name had mistakenly and extra "JW" as it felt like Marriott to me. It falls far below my JW Marriott experiences elsewhere. Checked in here for 2 nights. No problems- it was clean, great location, attentive staff, reasonable self-parking, decent internet service, etc. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was fine but not amazing. Exercise room was also nice.
