I have stayed here 4 times and only had one bad experience -- this last time. Usually I stay here when I am flying out of IAH, because it is close, there are good restaurants near the hotel, and they offer shuttle service to the airport and to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was hot and quite good The airport shuttle was very prompt. I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Houston.

I chose this hotel for two reasons! 1) The bonus point program for weekend stays 2) The HIE near this location is old and being re-modeled. Even with the re-modifications at the HIE in Humble it will still be out dated. The Hampton hotel in Humble is a much better choice even though I am a Platinum member at HIE.

Very difficult to find if coming from Bush Intercontinental. Parking is limited and if you arrive late you have to park at the rear and walk to the front to check in as there was always someone blocking the portico next to the shuttle. Shuttle could be better available. Not available 24 hrs. Very good value for price. Location is good. Room was clean and bedding was washed. Toiletries provided. Microwave and fridge in room was nice. Would stay again if in the area.

Great hotel! Very clean! Wonderful front desk staff- very friendly and helpful! Free breakfast was good, typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Parking lot and outdoor area was very clean and well kept. Nice area of Houston, next to a mall- lots of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!
