We booked through Expedia, who didn't pass along our request for a ground floor. But they took care of it at the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good - hard boiled eggs if you're early. Husband & son love the make your own waffle maker. Beds were very comfy - and no bedbugs (I always check). More

This hotel does it right. The rooms are nice and clean and smell good. The breakfast is well spread out so people can access food easily. The staff is very friendly. The rooms even have a travelers prayer on the bed. Well done. More

Stayed there because I have a big family and did not want to stay with them. Should've done my homework. No elevator to second floor which my elderly parents had to stay elsewhere. Carpet was stained. Bed was okay and it was clean. Have to blame myself for not requesting a downstairs room. Expecting a little nicer. More
