Staying at this hotel has been a great experience. Especially the wait staff in the morning are outstanding and will do whatever is necessary to satisfy you. sometimes the rates are a little high and sometimes they are on target. Overall a great hotel.

Staff is great, helpful, rooms need a good cleaning (grubby fingerprints on doors) bed was not so comfortable. Marriott is looking better and better these days. But the food is excellent, here. Nice job- breakfast staff!

I have gotten into the habit of staying at Hamptons and tried this Hilton Garden Inn because it was close to a party I was attending. What a delight! This is an outstanding hotel for the price with great service and amenities. We will definitely stay there again! Clean, quiet, good food, pool, workout space. All you need!

Stayed for 5 nights. All staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Poor internet connection only wireless as wired connection didn't work in my room. The happy hour food was way below quality of other Hilton hotels I've stayed at and getting a dollar off drinks didn't encourage me to stop any longer than I had to!

This place was beautiful and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Katy TX. Check in was a breeze, staff was awesome and rooms were nice. This facility has a bar in the lobby and food was awesome.

Stayed in hilton garden inn for 4 nights. Initially we were given rooms right next to the ground floor lifts. We couldn't sleep with all the disturbance from the guests using the lift. Check-in staff did not explain any of the amenities. I only found out in the morning that the bed was "supposedly" adjustable. The breakfast was NOT included in the stay. No attention paid to their guarantee or anything done about my concerns.
