It is very easy to make reservations and to request extra pillows and towels. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfy and I do love the Belgium waffles! We always stay here every time.

The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious. The price was very convenient and we were welcomed by very friendly staff who even gave us a little "welcome homage". I recommend this hotel to everyone!
