If you are expecting a non-smoking room, you better make sure it is NOT on the third floor! There is no way to not smell it. I requested two rooms close together and one was a floor up. Location was great for Kingwood family gathering and they did change a room but really...smoking!?! Allowed in the hotel!!!!

Will definitely stay here again when I visit Kingwood. Staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has a great variety and is always delicious. My room was far but very quiet and close to an elevator and easy access to the pool and patio.
