There are roaches in this room, the air conditioning isnt working properly, although john says it is. there is mold on the bathroom fixtures. He didnt tell us about a deposit when we reserved the room. He is very rude.

Booked into the Leon Valley South location near San Antonio. Carpets in room as so dirty you are unable to be in the room without shoes on. Very run down. A/C stinks. Inn Town Suites policy on paying weekly is awful. If paying by cash you have to be there between 11-am and 12 or you get charged $25 fee....
