Had reservations and checked in w/o issues. After settling into room hooked up to wifi & found good signal strength but "local only" for quality inn unit. This is the dirtiest Quality Inn I've ever stayed at. We were forced to switch hotels after the one we were staying in decided to change their pet policy. Found this one online and since we'd be in town, on business 6-8 weeks, the weekly rate looked like a steal. Well, on this one you definitely get what you pay... More

just passing through the area and looking for a decent place to shower and sleep. The room was about average....but needed some deep cleaning/dusting in corners and behind the bed. They took an hour to check me in, even with a reservation... I had to find my own room via the housekeeping staff. They 'held' $1200 on my credit card in the first 2 days and continued to hold more money than I owed. The manager doesn't know anything, the front desk clerks don't know anything, the housekeeping staff take... More
