we booked in January, they offered us the second worst room / noisy and small, were reluctant to change it there were hundreds of noisy sportsmen from Paralympics, no one warned us about this, they serve for breakfast artificial juice, not wish to change it but at least dinners were excellent. a little care is taken about outside children playground... We stayed at this supposedly 4 star hotel for 4 nights and its the worst mistake i have ever made!!.
