The hotel lobby furniture was stained and unsightly. The carpets and curtains were very dirty too. We kept our shoes on. The sheets appeared to be clean. The buffet was bad but you can walk to the Hard Rock cafe or Starbucks. Nice boutique shopping on the block. Felt safe.

This hotel gets its business from a student travel company which means guaranteed income. Too bad the place is so dirty as it has an excellent location.
