was there recently for a conference and entirely through my own fault booked another hotel in the chain,in the city centre and useless to me in terms of my meetings. The staff could not have been more helpful in resolving the whole problem for me, and at no extra cost.

We stayed here October 2012 in a room which was myself, husband and one child. It was a slight squeeze but not too bad - we had a lovely balcony with more room. Years ago used to visit Greece very often, Have just been back from 11th to 16th of April 2013, It was remarkable to find such a high level of excellent service, mainly due to staff from (reception, doormen, bar, restaurant spa, room cleaners) really honestly doing what they can for guests myself included.
