Nice and economic food.Clean & large (compared to other Ibis Hotels I've seen) rooms.Good soundproofing. (No noise from outside). The staff were very polite and accommodating, as usual in ibis. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

cooking is actually horrible - the menu is very limited - only a few choices - breakfast hardly correct - the coffee is the worst I have ever drunk.
- hotel is located in the middle of nowhere - in case you have no car, you are forced to stay there - none untertainment.

This was the first of my 3 stays in an Ibis hotel during my trip to Spain. I've always been happy with Ibis wherever I've gone internationally and will try to book with them when possible. The location isn't the greatest because of its location in relation to the road and turnabouts but still it was a good value for...

We used this Ibis on a stopover on the way to Malaga and for our first Ibis it was OK. We wanted the restaurant facility on site together with a reasonable stopover cost which is what we got but the downside was the food which is all pre prepared and 'cooked by numbers' It was food though and with nowhere...

The hotel is in a convenient location by the main road to Toledo and is good value. We have stayed many times and have always been satisfied. The address is somewhat misleading as the town of Fuenlabrada is about 3 Km distant and it can be difficult to locate. One main advantage is that the site is gated and therefore...

Located within easy reach of Madrid and the motorway network, we found this hotel to be clean and well appointed. Great room and incredible price. Our stay was relaxing and pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody.

This was my first visit to Spain and I wanted to see every important place in a few days.
I decided to stay at this hotel because it is not too far from Madrid and near to Toledo, our main objectives during that days. I made the reservation by the internet at ibishotel.com, and I was lucky beacuse I found...

First, I was overcharged on arrival and not given a receipt for my (cash) payment on arrival. The room was dirty. Really dirty, not just grubby. (Room 207, management) The carpet was utterly revolting. Huge marks. The bathroom was the worst part. Tile grout missing and filthy, dirty floor, warped and rotting door frames (bathroom). The advertised WiFi by implication...

This hotel is far away from IBIS standard I know from other countries, and I mean service quality not room equipment.
Everything you ask for is treated as unliked demand. The biggest problem is that they are not prepared for big number of guests. As the price is very competitive, during my stay they were almost fully booked. This caused...

The IBIS concept seems to be working irregularly in some hotels, like this one in Fuenlabrada.
In Hotel IBIS Fuenlabrada I had the not nice experience of finding that the bathroom of my room had not been cleaned before my arrival, and somebody had used it and not flushed it (I will omit the details in the description)...
I was...
