Great friendly staff, beautiful setting, will go back. The mini bar is free, yes really and the room is cleaned twice a day and supplies replenished. Free airport transfers both ways. The best thing is the staff.

It was a nice hotel with excellent service. The room little bit dark and small, but first 2-3 night is perfect place. The main pool and beach very nice, and food is excellent. It has a private beach. Staff are great, helpfull, lovely. Kuta and airport very close, good location.
