“Worst 4* hotel i have been to”

I spent in this hotel 2weeks since i was on a business trip. I must say i travelled a lot and i have never seen a 4* hotel in such conditions. This hotel is NOT in the city of Stuttgart, it's about 20 miles away, before all the tunnels, don't get confused by the name. “Small room and bed”

Very small room and bed, not suitable for long stay as the fridge is tiny and stuffed with bottles. You have to ask for a kettle to heat water in. No tea/coffee or water provided. Few staff members understand English. I asked for tea and got a cup of coffee.
