Noisy rooms, poor food, poor services, stylishness architecture. Anyway, if you are unpretentious it's good. If you want to cook rooms have fully equipped kitchens, you do not get three meals a day . A plus for clean rooms and that's all. More

this hotel was fab kids loved it so much they want to go there again staff was very helpfull and gave us tuns of stuff to do. the beach club was great for the kids dident was to go in there if you don't want loud noisey stuff you can hang out and the spa,indoor swimming pool and the jym.... More

just booked the holiday palace after staying in holiday village some time ago . can i use the pool and pirate ship in the village as the kids will go nuts , so help . any info would be great ps not beeb yet , but would not let me post a review looking for info . so please HELP More

just back from holiday palace afer being told this and holiday village were the same i constantly asked as i was surprising my son and grandchilren . when i got there we were ten mins walk to his hotel and was told i coulnd vist or use facilities or get meals as it belonged to another company it totaly spoiled... Possibly fine if you go all inclusive. We booked a bargain break - 15 euros to use gym or pool! 3 euros to use steam room! 3 euros to use poolside shower! Or- pay 59 euros per day to go all inclusive. This would bring the hotel into the budget of many nicer places. More

Stayed here for 3 nights, 4 days. Not one member of staff was polite to us nor rushed around to help us with any requests. There is one bar in the hotel and only one bar tender so could be waiting anything up to 20 minutes to be served!! The food is absolutely disgusting in the palace but no one... More
