We stayed in apartment 140. The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could want and need. Towels, comfortable beds and bedding. A nice patio area with smart TV which was an added bonus. The complex itself is in a very central location near the strip and beach. The pool area was really nice and the pool is a lot bigger than the photos do it justice. The pool bar wasn't open but it was a suntrap and a relaxing area. Our host Pedro was very friendly and accommodating we would definitely reccomend.

On the last day of our stay here and Ksenia in the pool bar has made our stay sooo good. The drinks and food they prepare and serve is made with love and it really shows. Menu has enough to suit all and the cocktails she makes are delicious.Great quality and value. Ksenia makes you feel so welcome. Thank you

The complex is extremely clean & well looked after, as was the apartment that we rented privately. It’s very well located & in easy reach of all the local amenities. But beware the pool bar… the pool area is gated & only accessed by a key card. As you enter, the pool bar is immediately on the right & can see everyone that enters. I entered the pool area carrying 2 ice creams & a can of coke, upon sitting on my sun lounger the bar person came & told me I was not allowed to bring my own food & drink into that area. “ all food & drinks consumed must be bought from the bar”. We were not told this when we rented from the property owner. I do not pay for holidays to be spoken to like a naughty child. Apart from that I will not let it upset my holiday & I will treat it with the contempt it deserves

We stayed here last week me my husband and our 3 children. It was so beautiful outside on terrace. Lovely view of nearby mountains and the sea. It was spacious and very clean. It had everything you need, kitchen, sitting room, huge TV with English speaking Chanel’s. The 2 bedrooms were big and the terrace was beautiful. The area where it was so so close to everything, bars, shops, restaurants and cafe. The couple that owned this place were so nice and even offered a discount for our next visit which we are definitely going to do.

Fabulous apartment. Spacious, modern and complete with everything you need for a holiday with the home from home feel. 3 balconies with sun lounger/ umbrella and plenty of tables and chairs. Pool area great with a little bar that supplies drinks and has a fab menu too for light bite/ lunch. Area ideal for getting around with a bus stop outside where the free bus to Siam Park & Mall stops. Would highly recommend this apartment 5 stars 🌟

We rented one of the apartments for 2 weeks sept/October. What an amazing time we had, the apartment was beautiful and had spectacular views. I think we had the best one in the complex, large terrace and balcony. I think this is definitely the way forward and probably the reason my boyfriend and I got on so well! Not cramped together in a small hotel room, I’d recommend to anyone. I’m more of a beach person so I didn’t use the pool but I did have a few lunches and cocktails down there. The food was superior to some of the restaurants nearby. Loved the cocktails, can’t believe I’m complaining but so many places went berserk with their measures and it overpowered but here they had it just right. I would love to go back, I really enjoyed my time here.

This is a private gated 'residential' set up with some of the apartments available for let. We found a recently refurbished appartment and have no complaints apart from the air-conditioning not working so we were provided with a large new fan. The jewel in the crown here is the pool area. We are here the week after the schools go back so not sure if this makes a great difference but the pool was quiet with plenty of sunbeds available all day. Such a pleasant place to be when you see the hotel pools with everyone jammed in like sardines. The best thing is the pool bar. The food is fantastic. It's open from 12 noon to 8pm and the public can't get to it. We ate out a lot but nothing was as good as the food here and the prices are also good. You think there's something out there that's going to be better than what's under your nose but we didn't find anywhere. The apartment complex location is just off what I believe is called the 'Patch'. This area parties to 5 am but with the double glazed doors shut we couldn't here the dull banging beats in our bedroom. You're within 15 minutes walk of everything you need and for example, it's just 5 euro in a taxi to Los Cristianos if you don't want to walk it. Once again thanks to the staff at the pool bar. You guys are awesome.

Ground floor apartment 1 bedroom sleeps 4 & there was a travel cot. This is a lovely apartment & the owner has thought of almost everything. Very clean & modern & yes there was a couple of cockroaches but that is typical of the canaries & no reflection on the cleanliness of the property. The complex itself is fine & appeared secure as there is a secure locked entrance, the pool area is clean & the small bar sells most drinks & lovely snacks. You are not far from Veronicas strip - but we never heard any real noise coming from there. We had an issue with the patio door which my husband had to fix himself. The owner assured us that the door was new but we has a problem locking it which as i said my husband fixed. The sun beds were very tired & needed replacing, the owner said she would do this within a couple of days of us arriving, but this never happened Nice apartment but maybe a little on the expensive side.

We rented a private apartment here & were very impressed until the last couple of days when we had an invasion of cockroaches in the bathroom & noticed ants all over the floors. Very disappointed as this is a great complex, central to everything, quiet & secure. Due to the infestation we won't return
