“Average 3 * hotel with good location.”

Hotel in good location, nice garden and pools. Water in pools is salty and not heated, even in laguna (children area). Food is not bed but often not warm enough. We stayed there for two weeks, room was wet cleaned only twice, so You can imagine how our crawling babe looked. Avoid room 207, we could not get off urine... More

food very good with plenty of choice, rooms spacious answer clean and location of hotel excellent! animation team all very good and eager to ensure your holiday was as good as it could be with a good range of activities on offer. very close to bars, restaurants etc. will definitely be back! great value all inclusive hotel!

“A paradise in the center of Playa de las Americas”

From the outside this hotel looks nothing special. But inside is hidden tropical garden with pools. The rooms are located in villas. I reccomend the rooms around laguna that have wonderful view on pools in laguna or tropical garden. The garden offers a mini ZOO. This is very atractive for children. We were there last half term Feb13, and had a great time, staff,food,pools for kids and activities were fab. The only few complaints were the opening times of the Gym,sauna,steam rooms, (from4pm!)
