I have been coming to New Braunsfels for 18 going on 19 years in a row. We absolutely love this place. The campground has upgraded alot from what it use to be now its concreted and is very clean. The river is close and so is tube rentals. I have actually made another reservation this summer and looking forward to... More

If you're looking for the regular drink n float experience at the Guadalupe River then this is a good spot to go to. Only camped during memorial day weekend and floated but am looking forward to Fishing this year and being a little more relaxed. Pretty grounds and overall friendly staff. Can be rather loud at night as people tend... More

We have never camped here but, only swam. The park is open for swimming until 8pm. They charge $20 per 4 people in car & $5 extra per person. No charge for children under 8. There are restrooms/showers available. The campground is along a great part of the Guadalupe River. There are two small rapids & a deep section. There... More

We were just there for a long (4th of July) weekend and I was very pleasantly surprised with the property. I packed bathroom cleaning supplies after reading many of the horrible Internet reviews, assuming I was going to have to clean a toilet and shower for our use, but the brick and mortar building was clean (enough) for camping standards,... Went camping this past weekend Sunday-Wednesday. Got campsite with shade, the only good thing. I guess they want you to clean up after the last people that used it You have to buy dollar tokens to take a shower in a nasty shower stall. The tokens only give you 8-10 minutes of water (wear flip flops-nasty) that os if the... More

This was a very nice & clean RV Park. They have great camp grounds as well. We were there on their off season so no crowds. We had a view over the river, I recommend calling and making your reservations early for those spots because the other spots are right next to the road but late at night there wasn't... More

Let me first say we stayed here Monday thru Wenesday in our RV, it maybe more noisy on the weekends. This was the first time me and my son ever went camping, we rented an RV. There was a slight mix up that I originally canged from Sunday to Wednesday to Monday - Wednesday however it was quickly resoveled the... More

What a mess this place is. Yes the water is right there....the bathrooms are a disgusint mess. No one has ever cleaned them. Dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere. I was scared to step in the showers. The cost was rediculous. $45 per night for a pop up, $1.00 for a shower and then if anyone coomes to stay for the... More

No amenities, very high prices, little goods in the camp store, and a very disorganized staff makes this campgraound one to avoid. We camped there month to month and they made us move three times from spot to spot until we just gave up.
