If you ned to stay in north Plano for business, this is a good location. However, that's where the "good" ends. They will not replace soap or shampoo unless you ask. I stayed here several weeks and had to ask every single time I ran out for more. They will NEVER replace your amenities...be it coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.... More

This place is a really clean, accomadating place. They have an outstanding breakfast with hot foods, fresh fruit and your usual hotel fare. The only down side is all the rooms have one bed and it's a queen. More

It is hard to travel with 4 kids but having a king bed and a pull out sofa worked great. Lots of space for everyone and 2 tv's so I didn't have to watch cartoons all the time. Breakfast was wall stocked and good. The kids loved it. More
