Each room is owned by different owners. Some rooms are more updated than others. Some rooms have better views than others. #319 Is an efficiency with a small kitchenette. The room is clean and nice. The room is on the inside of the 'horseshoe' over looking the pool, hot tub, boardwalk, beach and ocean. More

We stayed 3 nights in an 'efficiency' condo, which was actually quite spacious. Location of condo was very good as we faced south down the beach, which meant we got sun on the balcony in the afternoon. The place, including furniture, was a bit dated, but was nonetheless comfortable and clean (we got one with tiled floor throughout). More

Stayed here with my wife on vacation for a few days. Stayed in an efficiency overlooking the beach. Kitchen was set up a bit weird (no accessible outlet near kitchen counter), and the toilet didn't flush well, but other than that it was good. Easy walking distance to beach. More
