This is my second time to stay at the Hyatt House in Richardson, and my husband's first time. We both enjoyed the great room, comfy beds and clean kitchen and bathroom. Having the extra sink area was fantastic since we were in town for our son's wedding and needed to get ready at the same time for several events.

Stayed here for a week on business, the hotel was booked by my company's travel agent. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a very nice, newly furnished establishment. My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt House in Richardson, Texas. We were pleasantly surprised by the luxury offered by the rooms...walk-in closet, king-size bed, nice furniture....Our stay was complemented by the very friendly staff, warm,complimentary breakfast, and quiet atmosphere...even so close to a busy freeway. We have already made future reservations.

Stayed here in April 2013 for business when all the other hotels in Dallas were booked for the Bush Library dedication. The building is pretty worn, and there was an overwhelming stench of curry. Pros: large room, firm but comfortable bed, kitchenette, three separate sinks, clean, good soundproofing, allows pets. For the second year in a row I took a group to stay at this property, as well as hold meetings. And, once again this hotel property was fantastic! Very clean. Great location. We had 2 rooms. One was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. Very nice. Flat screen TVA in bot bedrooms and living room. Free breakfast and workout room. Our girls were in a room with a kitchenette, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. All very nice!

We stayed at this hotel this past week-end for a cheer competition and found for the price it was very nice. We actually stayed in their 2 bedroom suite and the room was very nice with a kitchen that had everything we needed. I do wish that they would put some disenfectant wipes in the fitmess area.
