Only a two-day stay but the accommodations were pleasant and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location in Tyler. I love staying in Hampton Inn's because of the comfort, quality and wonderful breakfast. You really do get the biggest bang for your buck!

Stayed here for my Aunt's Memorial Service last weekend. Very comfortable rooms. Beds nicely done. Hampton has refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. Nicely set up mirror on the door to do hair. Service, cleanliness and overall experience was a plus. Only thing to improve on is the complimentary breakfast. you can tell the main entree with eggs, gravy come out of a bag. Not much texture to it and doesnt appear to be fresh.

Odor in room and constant noise from air conditioner made this a rought stay. All other points fine. Good location if you are doing business downtown in Tyler with numerous restaurants a short drive away. Love the brand but this is older hotel that may need to be refreshed.

The staff and General Manager went out of there way to welcome my team into this location. The location was extremely clean and close to all local attractions. We will continue to use this Hampton Inn for any future stays in Tyler Texas!

Stayed recently in accessible mobility room & were very satisfied. Appreciated the multiple plug ins on both sides of king, non-smoking room. Reserved room under senior rate on internet. Clean, well organized,room with breakfast as usual for Hampton.

There is nothing really wrong with this Hampton Inn, but nothing that really distinguishes it either. The biggest problems to me are the exterior halls and the sprawling layout.
