“What Has happened?”

I have stayed at this hotel and loved it for years--NO MORE! Something has gone badly wrong. The attitude of the hotel staff has changed and everything is because of "Corporate" decisions. Room was clean and tidy as was bathroom. It was nicely done and very very welcoming. Except for the horrendous stench. It was terrible. The clerk loaned us febreeze. “NASA visit”

We recently stayed at this hotel on our holiday to the Texas region. The room was so spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great with a choice of great restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Another good stay!”

We have stayed at this hotel the last 5 times we have visited Houston. Always good staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Convenient to good restaraunts and activities. Shopping is right down the street.

“good location and friendly staff”

on our way to Galveston for cruise and wanted to be fairly close. Comfortable place with breakfast and easy on/off. Would recommend it for others doing the same. If you are a Hampton person, this would meet your expectation.

“So-So”

Not so great. Don't count on wanting to eat the breakfast more than once and the fitness center is a joke. The rooms were fine and the staff great, but the two reasons I stayed were the free breakfast and a place to work out and both were terrible.
