Great location for Bryce canyon. Strange slightly tacky area. Great food and supplies shop but expensive average restaurant. The rooms were large and had both a fridge and microwave so we got food from the store. Also used the pool which was fine although no proper changing facilities.

Room was fine. Clean and with all usual amenities. Location was super it's right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon and the shuttle stops right outside the hotel. Restaurant was much nicer than I expected and we had a lovely lunch there after a morning hiking. There's a general store, post office, gas station diner and old town here....it's all... More

The room was fine and the facilities were good. Loved the lobby and we had a good meal at the restaurant. Only stayed for one night to have a look at Bryce, so suited our needs. Ideally located to duck in and out of the park which was magical.

Was quite disappointed in Ruby's Inn Best Western Plus. Room was sad...looked like it needed some care and major cleaning. Internet was hit and miss. Rooms surrounding parking lot and are many in numbers. Restaurant ok, and General Store amazing. Too bad there isn't more to choose from in the area...

There are hundreds of rooms, but nicely spaced out. Ours had a pleasant view of a lake. Location is very convenient - close enough to Bryce for sunrise and sunset visits. Restaurant was poor for the price. Drive the few miles to Bryce Pines Restaurant to eat, which is excellent for dinner and breakfast, at a good price.

The lobby and reception staff were Best Western Plus standard but the room was just a basic roadside motel room, a disappointment.
