This place is appalling! We walked in at 3pm. There were no clean rooms available. The surly desk clerk informed us it would be 1/2 hr before it would be ready. The place was disgusting. We got what we paid for, and it served its purposed, a place to crash after hiking for two days. The hotel was clean, the service varied from shift to shift, but was not horrible. The served hot breakfast in the morning, and was relatively quiet. Again, it serviced its purposed.

Dirty, no one at front desk, no breakfast as promised, didn't have our reservation. Charged 30+ over reservation price.

We wanted to stay at Super8 in Moab, but it was fully booked. This hotel is much cheaper and looked better than the Super8. Rooms were big and clean. Don't expect to be on Hilton, but for the price this will work.
