One preliminary remark: I generally love classic motels with the parking lot for your car right in front of your room and those big neon signs and the 50s/60s style layout of the rooms and everything... So a place like this one always has a bonus with me and always prefer to stay in one that is along the road... More

The place is still a dump as described by earlier reviews. The room was large, but very dirty and stains everywhere. There were several broken down cars parked in the parking spaces. I asked the clerk if those belonged to people staying in other rooms. She said no, with no other explanation. I suspect they just wanted to make it... More

We arrived in Hatch, Utah in the middle of a rain/hailstorm traveling by motorcycle. Found this motel as we drove through town. It's an old 1960s style motel, but it's clean and the rooms a huge. The area is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this. The cafe is not open as of June, 2009. I believe there was a fire... More

While on a 2 week motorcycle trip with my GF and her sister, after visiting grand canyon on the way to Bryce we stopped and looked at several motels. Many were closed, or outrageously priced for crappy rooms. This place looked like a place to stay and eat, though it looked abandoned due to lack of maintainence and weeding. The... More

What a mistake and what a dump. The cafe was closed. Our room was filthy. The desk clerk was rude. Prepaid via Travelocity and duped by good reviews on TripAdvisor. More

Most of the negative reviews sum this place perfectly. This place needs a lot of love or a bulldozer. When we stayed here (mid August ) the place was full as were most of the surrounding motels, otherwise I would have looked for somewhere else to stay. My experience was a rundown motel with clean beds, threadbare towels, dirty bathroom and noisy... More

The place was a little more expensive than the quality of the room. We booked a room for 3 with 2 queen beds, but were upgraded to a larger room with 3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms, so that worked out ok. The place is fairly old and is not one of the chain motels seen around the US. Its... More

I called them before to check if they have wireles Internet and the owner told yes. After I arrived there was no Internet. They told me that sometimes it will work in one of the rooms... The room was also very dirty and we decided not to stay. He told us it is not a problem and there will be... More

We stayed here for one night in a family unit - 3 double beds./two bathrooms and clean linen. Room was clean - VERY OLD and run down however. Card table and chairs in the middle of the room. Air conditioners didn't work. Grounds full of weeds and peeling paint everywhere. The cafe has been closed for two years but the... More

Stayed for one night while visiting the Bryce, Zion, and Grand Canyon North Rim areas with the wife and kids. The other hotels closer in Bryce were all booked. It is about a 20-30 minute drive to Bryce National park. It is a an older motel and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the lock on the bathroom window... More
