Expected to stay one day here and eventually left four days later, Found the rooms clean, affordable and very much pleased with the staff. Located withing a short drive from so much history and within reach of many natural attractions, still did not have enough time before moving on. Very pleased.

We just stayed for short one night. The owner was very friendly and helpful for the directions where we should go to watch around the area. Thank you! I can say the facility is not new but kept cleaned.

Great motel. Their attention for guests comfort was fantastic. I loved the fact there were no stairs to climb. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you. I will return next spring and next fall.

We were travelling through Utah, and had tried to find lodging down the road in Moab, but no affordable rooms were available. We came through Monticello, and the motel owner was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. A very decent value for the money.
