It was ok, not really bad, not perfect. I saw worse motels, this one was ok. Typical motel, large clean rooms, elder furniture, no smell, friendly kind staff at reception. Free wifi, fridge, microvawe, cabel tv, free breakfast (waffles, bread, butter, coffee was not very strong, very good orange juice, fruits). If I can compare (bad luck for Blue mountain... More

I stayed in Monticello rather than Moab because I wanted to spend a day in the Needles section of Canyonlands. If that is your story, reconsider and stay in Moab! It's further, but there is nothing in Monticello. It is a random little town with nothing in the way of interest, restaurants etc. That said, for a cheap place to... More

Expected to stay one day here and eventually left four days later, Found the rooms clean, affordable and very much pleased with the staff. Located withing a short drive from so much history and within reach of many natural attractions, still did not have enough time before moving on. Very pleased.

We just stayed for short one night. The owner was very friendly and helpful for the directions where we should go to watch around the area. Thank you! I can say the facility is not new but kept cleaned.

Great motel. Their attention for guests comfort was fantastic. I loved the fact there were no stairs to climb. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you. I will return next spring and next fall.

We were travelling through Utah, and had tried to find lodging down the road in Moab, but no affordable rooms were available. We came through Monticello, and the motel owner was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. A very decent value for the money.

Be sure to check out the terms and conditions. I haven't seen them as we were sent here after checking in at the Monticello Inn. See my review of Monticello Inn for more details. We booked a room there online (directly with the motel, not via an agent). The confirmation said that the room had a fridge. There wasn't one.... More

My wife and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in our travels but this is the first one where we did not get a wink of sleep. First of all the wifi is non existent. Goes off so many times that it is utterly useless. We were taken by all the good reviews on Expedia which I now strongly... More

I am sorry for your bad experience. We do have a nightbuzzer on the front door and the manager who lives there could have moved you. We did not know prior to your stay that the room had bugs.Sadly you were the one who found them. I have been bit in several motels, so I understand. We have only had... More

My wife and I chose this hotel because of the good reviews. I now believe they posted some or many of those themselves. As this review will show, this family-owned hotel is owned by people who view dishonesty as a tool of great value. We paid $80, though on arriving, we saw a billboard advertising rooms in the $40s and... More

Here are the truths in this matter from someone who is in charge of all of the internet problems and issues when they occur. 1.) We are a family owned property 2.) We do not make a lot of money to have these properties open. 3.)If you book online we pay the booking company a high percentage and a booking... More
