The Miners Club is great ,,,,, except that they have NO SHUTTLE!!! Come on, put a guy in a van and let him shuttle people around town, to the 7 11 etc., for tips. We booked our time share here for skiing in January 2012. We love the incredibly short commute (40 min) from the SLC airport. Have stayed at Miner's Club before and, like the accommodation and location. However on this occasion found the housekeeping to be very erratic. Dishes in cabinet were all dirty. Dishwasher soap dispenser did not work properly. Apparently when housekeeping emptied dishwasher no one checked to see if they were clean. Coffee mugs had hot chocolate in bottoms. Blinds and bedroom mirrors were pretty dirty and could easily be seem when sun shone through. Bath soap and lotion never gets replaced unless asked for.... We live in the Arizona desert so wanted to go to cooler mountain climate. Park City is a cool town. We booked the Miners Club as our time share exchange. The location is good.....nice and quiet. We are owners at the Miners club and are always wonderfully happy when going there. We love that our whole family can go and enjoy it in a 4 bedroom 4 bath unit. I agree you must rent a car. You can also reserve the Theatre room for your family by asking the front desk. More
