I have stayed at the Provo KOA several times. They have let the facility really get run down. It seems the new owners have fixed up anything that they can sell (the store, the firewoood bin), but left things out that might serve the customer, like more and better showers, on-site laundry facilities, or a family or group recreation area.... New owners are slowly getting this KOA back into shape. Long term residents are being moved out, grounds are being cleaned up, new office and store, water lines repaired, remodeled bath house and laundry under construction. It is still a work in progress so don't expect perfection yet but the owners are so nice and helpful that you can overlook... More

We stayed here one night while passing through Utah en route to Montana. The weather was gorgeous (well, compared to Calgary, AB, Great Falls, MT and Cheyenne, WY where we'd recently been), so I'm sure that helps the fact that we had such a wonderful night. The fire pits are nice and big, which allowed for us to have a... More

The construction was nerve racking- but it certainly wasn't the KOA Campground's fault. This quaint campground is beautiful. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us and made our stay one of the best. The facilites are old- but fully functionable and clean. We very much enjoyed chatting with the owners about what they are going to improve... More

after a very long day of traveling we walked in to the 3 or 4 employee behind the counter at KOA, my husban was checking in as I was looking for a large bottle water..they only had tiny bottles for .79 cents. I asked a employee if they had larger water bottles, and she said NO you can go to... More

Park is old. Not set up for MH. Sewer is in wrong place. Occupied by monthly/yearly occupants. Small old trailers. Dog poop not picked up. Dogs run loose. Will not use again. Suggest looking up reviews before using KOA .Some are good and some are bad.

$30 bucks to camp - and our life jackets that were strapped down to the top of our car were gone in the morning. Site was long, narrow, had mosquitos, and noisy. Generally - a bummer.

My son loves KOAs, especially the Kamping Kabins. While still in Grant Teton National Park, we made a reservation for a Kamping Kabin at the Provo KOA. Two major problems: 1. The location, although along a small creek, is not very scenic and is situated in town. 2. The Kabin was VERY HOT when we arrived. It would have taken... More
