This is a great gem near Zion National Park. The rooms are clean and comfortable and very reasonable especially considering the gourmet breakfast that Scott serves in the morning. Lovely home set back off the road with lots of rose bushes, which is appropriate for the name! The Innkeeper is was delightful and very helpful with recommendations of things to do other than the Zion National Park.

Stayed there for two nights in the Rose room, which had a great bed. The room was connected to some central a/c so it was not possible to control temperature other than the amount of air coming from the central a/c - no problem though. Scott is a food expert and a wonderfully energetic and informative host. We've stayed here for several years and have had nothing but restfully comfortable sleep, delicious breakfasts and wonderful visits. The home is on the rear of the property, so the road noise is barely audible.
