There are literally no words to describe this place but I'll try. There was old food stuffed into the heating/cooling unit when it was opened up to see why it wasn't working well. The room was absolutely filthy with filth on the walls and a dirty bathroom and the window opened out on a small alleyway that stank of sewer and filthy garbage. We were only booked a night and it was getting late so we told the management about it and asked if we could just move rooms. The management was astonishingly rude and condescending about it and I usually don't mind a little spice from customer service. They offered to move us to another room which cost more that we'd have to pay. It was so bad we actually contacted our booking site (who were nice enough to refund) and actually chose to just drive the six hours back home even though it was late afternoon. For the love of heaven, especially if you from outside of Utah please don't stay here and think this is what Utah is like. This hotel is what more what hell is like.

Every time we visit The Inn at the Cliff we get impressed again ! The rooms are very well designed, the view is stunning, the restaurant is excellent, they bring you breakfast to your room, no charge. Excellent hotel.

This hotel is your average no frills hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was cheap. It has a great location next to some restaurants and bars that are all within walking distance. The pool however looked cloudy and green. We did not dare to go in. I would stay again for the same price.

Cloudy pool. Tiny rooms. Poor A/C. No locks on Windows. Giant hole in Hall ceiling. Tiny bathroom. No closet space. Breakfast is a joke: instant oatmeal, bread, yogert and bananas, that's it! Wouldn't come back even if it's the last room in town I'd go somewhere else!

Let's start by the RUDE office lady by doing us a favor just by talking to us. Lets talk about the pictures in their ad that are nothing at all like what is really at the motel. Lets talk about the carpet that had so many stains on it I would not let my Pig walk on it.Lets talk about how lucky we were to pay NOT TO STAY THERE because the lady would not give us a refund but we paid for a room we didn't use. This is the type of place you might get a disease from.

The breakfast vas very terrible (otherwise absent). We prefer not to declare offering free breakfast if your breakfast is in so condition. The pool was out of order. The ice machine was ok. The parking is ok

The worst thing about our stay was the air conditioner that didn't cool the room to a comfortable temperature. It never cooled to even 80 degrees, despite being on high cool and the coolest setting. The pool was closed due to a broken pump part. You could see light coming in from around the front door. When we arrived the back door was unlocked which opened out to the back parking lot. The carpet was dirty. No hair dryer. Shower only, no bath tub. Check in took a long time due to only one employee working at the desk. She had to answer the phone, take reservations from callers, check people in, help guests who needed items. She was very patient but needed some help. Breakfast is minimal: instant oatmeal packets, yogurt type food, bananas, toast. I will not stay here again. I apologized to my family who stayed with me due to the lack of a cool room to sleep in. I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as a Marriott, but neither was I expecting the level of deterioration that we experienced.. Last year I stayed at the Budget Inn & Suites in St. George and found it to be much better than the Inn at St. George. Thankfully we were only staying one night.

The only good thing about entire stay was the lady at check in she was friendly. Upon arriving there was no real signage and someone almost rear ended us because we had to stop fast to turn in. The room was disgusting cramped, small and needs updated. The housekeepers need to move the bed to actually clean as well as the table. There was 1 chair but room is supposed to be set for 2. The bed was super hard and throughout the night we were either tossing or turning or up constantly. The furniture all had paint on it as did the TV. The shower had mold and the ac unit in the room did as well. Breakfast was literally 2 juice options coffee white or wheat toast oatmeal yogurt or bananas thats it, no milk no creamer no cereal no waffles. The Ac in the breakfast room was also dusgusting. The only reason we stayed was because of family at the hospital and this was the worst Ive ever seen in many years. Ridculous and we will never stay herr nor will we ever recommened it because just walking in i told my husband to check the beds for bugs because it seemed to be that " kind of motel". Worst stay ever!!!
