If you want to get away for a nice, quiet weekend, don't do it at The Lodge at Snowbird. I wanted to take the family out for a quiet Saturday night stay in the mountains and enjoy the sunset on the room's balcony. But either by incompetency, arrogance or otherwise, they cannot/will not give you a reservation with any kind... More

The Cliff lodge is all about the proximity to the powder. Lodging options at Snowbird and Alta are very limited, however the cliff lodge is the nicest option. The hotel could us an update but the rooms are fairly large and it's quiet so you will have a peaceful sleep after a day of skiing. The outdoor spa and pool... More

We stayed in efficiency at Lodge at Snowbird for 8 nights in February. Was well equiped room, comfortable murphy bed, fantastic housekeeping service. Best of all was the spa area and heated pool, perfect for soaking after day skiing. And only very short walk from ski lockers to the slopes. Loved it and will be back.

We couldn't get rooms at the cliff lodge and stayed at lodge at snowbird instead. Turns out that the rooms were larger and staff just as accommodating if not more. Easy access to ski area, 24 hour coffee or hot cider/ chocolate and nice fire place in lobby. Quiet rooms for recovery after 8600 ft powder days.

We stayed in a room with one sofa bed last weekend. The sofa bed was firm, but comfortable. It was not flimsy like your normal sofa bed. When we turned the fireplace on, it seemed a little lame in terms of the flame, but it warmed up the studio easily! The kitchen is fully stocked. If I were to cook... More

We decided that it was time to ski Utah, and wanted to go to Snowbird. We had read online the perks of staying off the mountain vs. on...I cannot tell you what exactly led us to decide to stay on the mountain, but we wouldn't do it any other way! The Lodge at Snowbird was wonderful; friendly staff, free coffee... More

We celebrated our 11 year anniversary in a room at the Lodge at Snowbird. When making the reservations, budget was a big issue, and the reservations agent was very helpful at helping to find something that would work for us. We settled on a room with a Queen size sofa sleeper, and were wary that the bed wouldn't be very... More

The Lodge is a good place to say for a good price. Don't expect anything too fancy, but if you want something comfortable, close to the resort, this works out great! For the best prices call Snowbird directly :) If you have young kids and book a suite, beware there are steep stairs and the outside railings have big spaces.... More

Snowbird is one of my favorite places to stay at. It is beautiful and the property is well kept. They have done a bang up job on ensuring their practices are sustainable, they were green before being green was cool. The forest there is really, really healthy, esp. coming from Colorado. We've been going there on and off in the... More

The only reason why I don't give this 5 points is because it is a place for recreation, not crazy pampering. It is a great place for a ski vacation -- comfortable, easy to navigate and full of helpful people, at hotel and on slope. Met family for an extended weekend. Place was clean, really my sole requirement. Staff was... More
