The reservation process was acceptable. The room was good sized. Cleanliness seemed to be average. There seemed to be some minor remodeling occuring in the lobby area when we were there. Breakfast was acceptable but not exceptional. The room rate was better than most in the area and certainly better than in nearby Provo.

I have stayed here for over two years as i have alot of family in utah. I keep coming back as the staff always update the rooms. I enjoy the pool in summer the most at this hotel and would like anyone to try it.

My family and I went to visit relatives the first weekend of January and did not expect to stay at such a great place. The staff were so polite and nice and the rooms were designed with comfort in mind.
