checked into room with a reservation to stay through saturday, reservation messed up, hotel sold out, had to change rooms and was charged the same amount for a suite as a basic room. even with medical, no fridge, was told to use the one in the brealfast room!!!

Very nice, clean, newer Hampton. Would definitely stay again. Lots of restaurants, shopping and even a large movie theater within walking distance. If you are in this area make a point if staying at this hotel one of the best stays I have had in the usa.Good access to malls and road networks,the staff will help in any way they can.The pool and spa areas were very clean also internet room very good with printers etc.

Nice location for easy access to restaurants and shopping also airport is right there. I like the area easy driving access to most of Salt Lake , Kind of centrally located if you know your way around. Property is nice and lots of space enjoyed stay here.

I stay here a lot for business and I am always happy with my stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, it's quiet, the staff is always professional and friendly, and the continental breakfast is awesome.

Stayed at this HI for my Niece's Wedding. Found the rooms nice and the staff very helpful and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. The King Suite Room was very large and the Bedding was freshly washed between each guest. This includes the Duvet, as well as sheets and pillow cases.

Very satisfied with our stay. They provide excellent support and service. The staffs are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Nice room. Guest service staff always available to help. Love their after 5 pm cookies. Coffee, tea bags and hot water always available in the lobby.

Very quiet and restfull after a long business day. Everything you need to unwind, relax and prepare for days ahead. I would not hesitate to recommand it to not only my business associate but person friends
