I have stayed at this chain before and was not impressed but the West Valley Salt Lake City location redeemed the company. Yes it is not upscale but what do you expect for the price, howeveer the staff is very friendly and helpful, I have paid more at other places and got less.

These guys just do an outstanding job of making you feel like its worth your money. Rooms were comfy, cleaning was thorough, staff was friendly, and facilities were in good repair. Any issues I had were quickly and cleanly worked out, with a very personal feel. I was only upset that I couldn't stay longer!
