Low prices don't excuse a massive mold outbreak in the shower, dripping faucet, loose bathroom tiles with missing grout, delaminating bathroom sink, ripped wallpaper, dirt left on the floor or a tv missing several colors. I'll give you that the sheets seemed clean. BUT everything else needs Mr. Clean...or a bulldozer.

We only stayed one night at this motel - the room is very basic. The air conditioning is noisy. The furnishings are shabby. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the blankets and bedspreads. The room rate was under $100 so I guess we got what we paid for.

The main problem with the room was fleas! The whole hotel needs to be fumigated. While the bed sheets and towels were clean, the blanket was disgusting, the carpet was stained, and the room contained a collection of mismatched scratched furniture. And for all this, the room price was grossly overpriced. Definitely not recommended.

This older motel is a bargain in the Bennington, VT area. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff helpful. The outdoor, unheated pool was too cold for me, even after a hot day on the road, but younger folks might find it okay. No Internet or breakfast. Restaurants close by.
