The place was very Welcoming. the camp sites were perfect, tons of space between other campers (private), tons of trees for shade. bathrooms are just how i like my camping trips, clean clean clean and VT rustic. No store but the owners gave us free stuff. hiking is great. the towns near by are small and beautiful. We are camping... More

Smoke Rise family campground was a fairly primitive campground. Had a lot of RV sites, the pool was broken and the area hadn't been sprayed for mosquitoes for a long time cause they were lots of them. Showers were rustic and cost a quarter for 10 minutes.
