We skied during March break with our kids, ages 6 and 9. The week had rain and snow, but despite this, the trails were expertly groomed and perfect to ski on. Excellent instruction (sculling), beautiful location, great running routes, outstanding food and very clean accommodations. I have been to CSC three times in the last two years. The location is wonderful as is the food. Rooms are basic. The big disappointment is the sculling program. If you are a beginner or an advanced rower then you will certainly benefit. But for those in the middle, the program is not worth the money...

This is a great place to bring a family, especially if you want to learn to X-country ski. It is a place to do something with your kids, not a place to send them off with babysitters.
